I was recommended to John by a friend and he has been my agent for my car insurance for 3 years. I am willing to accept a slightly higher premium if it means I will have assistance if I need it, and John has not dissapointed. John can recommend the proper levels of coverage that will maximize the policy’s benefits while keeping costs relatively contained. I have only needed to make one claim over the past 3 years, but during that process, John was extremely helpful in getting the proper paperwork submitted. You may be able to find a lower rate from an online, cut-rate insurance company, but the additional premium is worth the peace of mind knowing I have a reliable agent that will assist during the claims process.
