Joy McHargue’s State Farm agency is friendly, compassionate and quick to help in any situation. Unfortunately, the policies are very expensive and there is a very expensive fee to make any changes at all to the policy between renewals. I’ve never had any problem getting them to assist me with a claim or a question. Even with issues of non-payment, they are always friendly, polite and helpful. They never pass any judgment on any situation, whether it regards payment or a need to file a claim. I have been a State Farm customer for well over a decade and Joy’s office has provided more personalized service than I’ve experienced with any other State Farm agent. My only unhappiness is with their prices and coverage options, and that is not something over which Joy has full control.
