My family has used Kevin Potter at State Farm for many years. I first began using Kevin for my car insurance when I was 16 years old, and now that I am a homeowner, I have carried homeowners insurance through him for several years as well.
I am satisfied with Kevin’s service and price. Whenever I have had an issue or concern, he or his administrative assistants, Brandi and Diane, are always available when I call or visit. I have only had two claims through State Farm and his office has always followed up with me and kept me up to date throughout the claims process.
Kevin’s comprehensive auto policy is especially reasonable, compared to other companies. Many insurance companies do not even offer zero deductible comprehensive. His prices on homeowners insurance are also well within the ballpark of other companies.
I have shopped around for different prices on auto insurance over the years and have found that Kevin’s prices are always within the range of other companies, and I am satisfied with the service. I would not want to switch. I look forward to many more years with Kevin Potter as my insurance agent.
