My wife and I decided to use this insurance agent because her mother had been with this agent for over 30 years. State Farm was great at first, and our agent was more than helpful in answering all of our questions. However, we soon had problems with state farm. We received a phone call stating that they had to come out to our house to take pictures to update our portfolio. I was fine with that. A couple of weeks after that, I was sent a letter stating that if I did not fix my roof that they were dropping our homeowner’s policy. I had a contractor come out to inspect the roof, and he told us there wasn’t anything wrong with the roof. It did not need fixed. So, I still have a life insurance policy through Kristen, but I no longer have homeowner’s through State Farm.
