We decided to work with Ladd when we saw his local advertisements throughout our community. I know many people that worked with him and I have not heard one bad thing. We met with him, and were really impressed with his knowledge about all types of insurance and his rates. He was not pushy at all to try and get other types of insurance that we were not interested in, which I was really expecting, since so many agents are like that. After talking it over with my spouse we decided that he was a good fit, so we called him on the phone and set up our policy. We have been very happy with him, although we have not had to file any claims luckily, I have heard good things if we ever have to.
