I have had insurance through this agency for many years. I even had this insurance during Hurricane Sandy, which devastated the Long Beach, NY area. My home was flooded and everything in my basement was totally ruined, including the furnace and hot water heater. The insurance agent came out within days of the hurricane and looked everything over. he was very informative and understanding, and most of all patient. He answered all of my questions. Within two weeks, I had my check. That might sound like a long time, but the entire Long Beach area was demolished, so there were many people with worse damage than I had. It took a week to even get power back. So two weeks was really quick, in my opinion. I’ve never had a problem with billing or anything else with the company. If I ever have to call after business hours, they call back the very next morning. All in all a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
