I have had a few issues with him having my address correct and after multiple attempts it took 3 months to get correct insurance cards. He is a very nice man a pleasure to talk to, I just think it may be retirement time for him. My late brother and my father uses him and they think he gets the best rates for his customers. I do not dispute that, my rates are very good, my problem is getting in contact with him when I need to and having him actually follow through on what he needs to do. His voicemail is often full and his hours are sporadic. As a person he is lovely to speak with. As a business I am considering taking my services else where. I hate to do it but my choices are few.
