My insurance needs are pretty basic, meaning my policies do not require a lot of attention, so I haven’t had a lot of interaction with my insurance agent. I moved to Winchester, VA from Myrtle Beach, SC, and when I asked around for a State Farm agent, Mr. Veach was recommended by two different individuals. Mr. Veach is well-known throughout the Winchester community both through his business and by serving as Vice Mayor. Although I have not personally met or worked with Mr. Veach, his staff has always been attentive and professional. Once, when I presented them with the interesting problem of trying to insure one of my vehicles out of state (I had loaned it to a friend), they responded quickly, got me in touch with another of the company’s agents in that state, and within no time, I had a new policy on the vehicle. Their swiftness in dealing with this issue and their friendliness and courtesy has lead me to recommend them to others. I plan to keep Mr. Veach as my insurance agent for as long as I live in Winchester.
