I choose State Farm and this agent because I wanted to have a reliable insurance coverage. My monthly premium was a little too high though. I was also not able to login to my online account and it told me to contact my agent. My agent never helped me out with the login information. I never met the agent in person, all communication was over the phone. I was quite surprised that after I called my agent (who is female) the phone was answered by a male person. He did not introduce himself to what his relation was with my agent. I assume that the email contact I had with my agent, was indeed my agent but I’m not sure. I would have like it that when I choose an agent that that in fact is the person whom I’m dealing with.
