I have been with Nationwide for a long time. I always dealt with them online and never felt the need to have an agent. Then I got divorced and needed to make some changes to my policy. My divorce decree has many pages, so I decided to find a local agent and bring it in person. I have actually never met Mark Marston, but his assistant is wonderful. She was very helpful. I was able to transfer both of my policies to the local office. She helped me look for combined discounts. I was able to fax things back and forth from work which saved me a trip into the office. I had a complicated situation with multiple changes to both policies. She never once seemed like I was a burden and seemed happy to help. She was very thorough. She was always able to take my call.
