He is one of the only agents around the providence Rhode Island area so I am not able to really speak for much considering that but he has been more than helpful once we arrived here. He is very attentive and does not try to price gauge you or sell you things you do not want, he has always been very welcoming no matter what time I have contacted him for just random information about the DMV or rental insurance claims. He will usually return my call either within an hour or by the next day even if it is not a business day. I would recommend this agent to anyone who already had Geico or is looking into getting auto or rental / home insurance policies in the providence Rhode Island area.
I enrolled in an insurance plan several years ago with this agent because it was an affordable policy and I was looking to save money. The enrollment process was easy, quick, and stress free. SInce enrolling in this plan, the insurance agent has been accessible and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I have filed an insurance claim twice, and each time the process wa easy smooth and successful.
I also recently updated/ adjusted my policy to keep it more affordable times he was helpful, quick, and I was able to complete what I needed. There were also discounts I was eligible for and the agent helped me find these. Overall it has been a positive experience and I will continue to work with this agent. Although it is not often that I need to contact my insurance agent (especially with so much available on line), I am comfortable and will continue to work with him.
