My experience with this agent has been average. He never calls to check in with me, and when I call him to see if prices have changed, or to ask him to explain why his agency’s prices are higher than the offers I receive from other insurers, he seems annoyed. On the one or two occasions when I have had incidents, he has helped me get reimbursed. But I still get frustrated when I get car quotes from All State, Geico, and other insurers promising to save me hundreds of dollars, and when I call my agent to see if he can match those quotes he’s never able to. I have more than once considered changing agents, and now that I think more about it I might look into doing so again.
