Megan has been awesome to work with. She gave us a quote that beat our old insurance company by almost 15%. Whenever I’ve had a question, she’s always been there to answer quickly. Her office is always friendly. When someone ran into my car she was only a phone call away and helped guide me through everything that needed to be done to file a claim against the other driver. Their insurance paid for my car to be repaired. Megan was there to answer any questions I had about the process.
She quoted a homeowners policy for me at one point. I gave her a copy of my policy and asked her to quote something similar. She wasn’t able to beat my current insurer and she was up front with me about it. She didn’t try to sell me a new policy with a bunch of things I don’t need. If/when she can give me a better rate, I’ll switch to her in a heartbeat.
