My experience with Mr Scattergood has been good overall. We do not have to contact him on a regular basis thankfully. One time we did need his assistance for a vehicle accident. The accident happened in very early hours, we called Mr Scattergood and he returned our phone call the first thing during business hours. He was very helpful with sending us any documents that we need to process our insurance claim and he was readily available to answer any questions that we had during the claim process. He was also quick to tell us all steps that we needed to take during this process including the time frame for each step to be taken. Mr Scattergood put us in direct contact with anyone else that we needed to speak to or provide documentation/photos too during the claim process. Overall our experience with out insurance rep has been good.
