He worked with me as a recent new homeowner to explain an inspection issue with my new home after Farmers did their own inspection. Mikalai explaining what was wrong and the timeframe to fix it allowed me to have repairs done within the timeframe that Farmers provided, which allowed me to keep my homeowners insurance which compared to other agencies was cheaper. As a new homeowner, I was surprised that there were major things that were not caught during the home purchase inspection that Farmers picked up on when they did their own as part of their insurance agreement for the home. Without Mikalai, I probably would be paying alot more for homeowners insurance through another agency that would most likely be providing me with alot less coverage than with Farmers.
