I have enjoyed working with this firm, never had any problems. Service has been good. My parents used him for their auto insurance for quite some time. So, when I needed auto insurance, I called him too. I carried auto insurance with them for probably 15 years, on several vehicles, and even when I lived in a different town. Currently I have homeowner’s insurance through this office. They answer and explain when I have questions; they take as much time as I need. The staff is really nice and informed; they know who I am when I call, even distinguishing between my father and I (he has the same name). I really have no complaints at all. If I had any other insurance needs, I would not hesitate to call Mike Hawkins State Farm.
