When we moved to Frederick 4 years ago I did research on various agents around town. I was surprised at the time I could find agent reviews on Yelp which I did and hers were all good at the time. My wife and I went in to see her and sign some papers before we closed on our house and she and my wife hit it off. Since then Missy calls us about every 6 months to check in see how things are going and make any recommendations. We bought a new car about 2 years ago and she was very helpful and the change over process was simple. I didn’t even need papers she just told me top have the dealer call her if I wanted and she would issue the binder immediately. She did help in advance by giving me some quotes on different cars and what to know about what makes a car more expensive to insure if I was stuck between couple cars. Overall great experience.
