I worked with her on settling the estate of a friend that I was responsible for. I was really pleased with her attitude, sincerity, honesty, and professionalism. I decided since I hadn’t been happy with State Farm and my agent there after having a recent claim, that I would get a quote from Nancy. Not only was the price the same as with State Farm, but it gave me better coverage on my car and renters. She gave me the option of lowering the premium and saving money but that would have meant reducing coverage. I liked that she took the time to explain the many different options available to me. She never made me feel rushed. She has also been good at utilizing electronic communication to be respectful of my time.
