1. We switched to State Farm from Geico because of the lack of personal attention from Geico. I was tired of just feeling like a number with their company. After looking around for awhile I received a quote that was within my price range and provided excellent coverage. I went in to meet with Nicole and she was very personable and took time to explain all of our coverage options. Any time I call in for any reason, I speak directly with Nicole and not an automated phone call. I can easily explain any situation and they will tell me what my best options are and how I can save money on my policies. They also call me when I become eligible for new discounts or when my policy is up for renewal rather than simply sending me mail to fill out.

2. We found Nicole when we financed our first home and the loan required homeowners insurance. Since neither my husband nor I had any experience with homeowners insurance, the loan specialist recommended Nicole because he has her and has had great experiences. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells, and took the time in her office rather than a phone call to explain all of it to us. When we added the garage on our property a few years later, all it took was a simple phone call to her and she sent someone out the next day to assess the property again and adjust coverage. She is always available if I need a question about coverage answered, and doesn’t leave you hanging for days like other insurance companies will. She also takes her dogs to work so they won’t be home alone which makes stopping in to see her even more enjoyable.
