Nouphay Kongphongmany State Farm Agency is a very great Agency. They always have their client’s back. Anytime i call their office, they are very professional and courteous, answer any questions I have and always have a solution to my needs. I would highly recommend their agency because they really do take care of your insurance needs like you are one of their family members. They are outstanding in their customer service because a couple of times with the hustle of my busy life and i would forget that something is about to be due, they would give me a courtesy call to remind me and really take care of it. Thank you very much.
In my search for saving money for car insurance with same full coverage, this was one of the agents that was recommended from friends. After inquiring with a few other local insurance offices, I decdied on this company and agent because of their friendly and professional phone call. I had a cheaper quote from a reputable company, but the receptionist that answered the phone didn’t seem like she wanted to help too much, I guess because it was close to 5pm. I found State Farm cost much less than my previous insurance for the exact same coverage. I decided to switch to them not only because of the lower cost, but also because of the nice, and thorough employees in the office. My agent representative was very patient in answering any and all of my questions even if I asked the same question twice to be sure I understood everything correctly.
