I switched to this agent after we moved. At first, I stayed with our old agent, about 3 hours away, because they told me they could still handle claims and it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when my husband got in a wreck and we had to file a claim, they wanted us to drive all the way to the office 3 hours away to fill out paperwork. I quickly searched for a new agent, and went with Ms. Mays, who worked with us to get our paperwork done and even made a special trip on a Sunday to get our forms signed. She was very friendly and accommodating. When I wanted to change my coverage, she gave good advice about the consequences of the changes I wanted and made the changes quickly.
