We have been working with Patrick for eleven years. He came recommended to us from our previous insurance agent who was retiring. He has been very helpful in getting us coverage for all of our insurance needs which also includes an umbrella policy. Whenever we have had to make claims, he has been very accessible and quick in getting us the help that we needed to start the claims process. He is a very pleasant person. His staff has also been helpful whenever Patrick has not been available. When we need to add some new insurance policy, such as for a car, we have been able to do this at any time as we can call and leave a message with the office and they get to us as soon as they get in so that we know we are covered.
