We have been with State Farm for years and Patrick is our third agent. Our last one retired and we got sent to Patrick. Out of all our years with State Farm we have never felt ignored or not part of the organization until we were moved to Patrick. Simply put we do not like knowing our agent is there for us so we are looking to switch companies. Along with a car accident claim that has been open for four years that we can not get State Farm to do anything on. We brought this to Patrick’s attention and we have not heard anything back. It has been four months. The one time I went into his office there were three or so other agents, one was very unfriendly, cause I did not know my policy number.
