I had never used a broker before them. I understand that it takes a little longer to get things done, but they will go to registry, submit payments, complete everything. The work online and i don’t have to go to the office they will fax or email me everything. I could not have asked for a better company to work with. They do lag a little i assume to volume of work but generally come through with twenty four hours or less. There are two receptionists that will be your primary contacts and they are amazing, They are excellent at their jobs, knowledgeable and professional. I have not had much need to work with Paul Petell, I have met him a couple of times I believe he works harder claims.
