He treats you like a friend and valued customer, as evidenced in the first name basis he operates with. It’s been easy to establish a relationship of trust, feeling like he has my best interests in mind at all time. He has a professional team of support folks in this office, making them incredibly easy to work with. I’ve found them to be very responsive and proactive anytime I needed service or just had questions. Peter sets a great tone for how valued customers should be treated! They have also done a number of great events/fundraisers for the community and local charities, demonstrating a real heart to serve others and the community. Without hesitation, I recommend Peter to anyone who asks!”

2. When I moved into the Liberty are and bought a home I wanted to find a local agent for my homeowners and auto insurance. My real estate agent recommended the Peter Fox agency. I gave them a called on a Monday morning, about a month before closing and ask to visit with someone about homeowners insurance. They took a message and within 15 minutes, the owner of the agency was calling me back. He walked me thought the information I would need to provide to get a quote and was very professional. After supplying the required information I received a quote and the staff at the agency worked with Mortgage Company to verify coverage was in place. Peter and his staff were always prompt and professional. Later I moved my auto and umbrella coverage to the agency. They are a State Farm agency but can also shop other markets if needed. The premiums may be a little higher but it is worth it has they are always there is I have a question about my coverage or my bill.
