I have called or emailed this agent numerous times with many questions. He has always been responsive and attentive to my needs. Always responds quickly and with relevant information. insurance can be a complext topic and is tedious, boring, and excruciating. Ray know his stiuff and has even recommended other insurance agecies when he could not fulfill my needs. He is pleasant to speak with, and knows what I need before I even state it. He has responded to my emails on weekends. I have over time changed over several of my policies to liberty mutual just expecting that the services from Ray and hi team will be better than others, even though ultimately price and value (cost per the amount of coverage( really drives the bulk of the decision. If you have ever had an insurnace agent (and trust me I have) that doesnt get”: you needs, but just tries to sell you bulls**t coverage that you dont really need 0 – you know he value of e really good insurance agent. Ray is that. Hey gets it. he knows what people want, is friendly, responsive, and delivers what you need. Of course I have two homeowners policies and 3 auto policies with him – so I expect he counts me as a good customer, although I would imagine that there are many others that are better customers than i. Overall, I would recommend Mr Ray Eberle as an insurance agent – he is just a good gut. “
