This agent has been an agent of a family member for many years. We moved to the area and he was recommended. He and his staff made the transition of insurance from our current office to the new location, very simple. I was needed to reorder auto policy cards for my car. I called the office on a Saturday, and the agent answered. I introduced myself and he knew exactly who I was and what car we drove. He had not met me, but just my husband, but I was impressed that he familiarized himself with our insurance needs enough to know me when I called, without meeting him first. That seemed above and beyond regular service. It was very courteous. He sent me a temporary email card and reordered cards that were delivered within 2 days. Impressive.
We have been with Rick for about 10 years now. I don’t actually remember why we started with his office in the first place. It has been just a little too long. He and his staff are helpful and personable. He is willing to talk out options and give multiple sides to an issue. For example, we had an instance where we were not sure if we should put in a claim or not. He gave the facts on both sides and let us decide. In addition, when we had a car in the repair shop and did not use the car rental benefit on our policy, his office sent us a check for what they would have paid for the rental. Over all, I do not anticipate changing agents. I am happy and recommend his office to anyone who asks.
