This agent keeps in close contact. He makes sure that we have the proper coverage in car, homeowners, and life insurances at all times. He meets with us once a year to go over our financial situation and to determine if it would be helpful for us to refinanace any loans or make any investments or changes to our current insurance. He is available even after hours if we need him and will even make house calls on an add needed basis. This man is amazing and really on top of things. I can’t imagine doing business with anyone but him. He really makes me feel confident and covered in all things. He constantly is reminding us of additional coverage that was have that we might forget about like towing etc.
this has been the best insurance office and agent i have ever had. i switched to state farm because their prices where better. but i realized very fast that their customer service is also much better than anywhere else. anytime i need something it is absolutely no problem to get a person on the phone or just drive and stop by the office itself. they always have a smile for you and i never feel like i am bothering them or anything. they are always willing to help and explain new options that might be good for me. everyone is very patient and friendly. i am not sure if it matters to others but it does to me, that the office and everything is always very clean and well kept. everything is very inviting and i would not trade it for any other office or company.
