He’s out for money. It’s obvious by the way he dresses and talks. We were way over-insured. He made comments like if we went to another company he’d be very, very upset with us. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He came to our house and made less than positive comments about our home. Also, there were mistakes made when he did the policy. It had down that my husband was a smoker which he wasn’t. Our policy was more and I wondered if this was to make more money? He eventually did correct the mistakes. He said that he was there for us, but when we had some problems and needed to change the policies because of financial issues, he did not call us back. We were transferred to another agent without our consent or knowledge.
