He seems to be very friendly and is staff are also very helpful and nice. He is also the mayor of our town, so he isn’t in his actual office much, but doing whatever it is that a mayor of a small town does. I’ve had no bad experience with him, but this is a pretty corrupt town and I hear he is a little on the shady side. There’s been talk of illegal gambling and personal use of town funds. He also has his favorites when it comes to city workers, he doesn’t seem to treat them all fairly. But as far as the insurance company goes, he does fine, I’ve never had any problems with my insurance coverage. He and his staff are professional and the office is always open when it’s supposed to be.
