1. Roger became our insurance agent when we first moved to Austin, Texas and needed to quickly get insurance for the home we were buying. Roger walked us through the process of obtaining enough homeowners’ insurance for our home. He explained different options we had. He researched discounts that would save us money on our policy and added those discounts, where appropriate. Roger also explained how adding auto insurance to our account would save us money. When I was involved in an auto accident, in front of my house, I called Roger and asked him how I should proceed. Roger told me the information I needed for my claim and how to handle interactions with the party who ran into my car. When the other insurance company used delaying tactics, Roger made phone calls to check on the status of my claim. Roger is not only a great insurance agent, he is kind and considerate person. He took a personal interest in me and my husband from our first appointment. We appreciate his personalized approach.
