We have carried insurance with this agent for 13 years. We have never had a problem with the bills or expense. We have had to do a few small claims because of accidents. The agent always spoke to us and took great care of our family. We have been able to change coverage the day that we needed to have coverage changed. For example we had a car that broke down and was parked in our driveway for a while. The day that we found out the engine wouldn’t start again we called and changed our coverage. they have given us assistance on every claim. There was even a misunderstanding with the BMV due to a random verification that they took care of. That in and of itself saved us so much trouble that I don’t think we will ever switch insurance carriers. I love State Farm and I appreciate the service we received.
