Rusty Douthitt calls every year before renewal for an interview. He would like me to come in to go over my coverage to make sure it is adequate and go over any changes. He calls despite the fact that I never respond. I have kept this agency since I was in high school. It is no longer convenient to drive there and I have no interest in doing so. My experience is positive although I would like to change as a matter of convenience. Rusty is fairly new to this office. The agent before him never called or asked me any questions other than when I signed up initially. I have also received cards from this office on special occasions. I could do without this but it is a nice gesture.
