She’s based in my local area. I can actually walk to her office from my home. My neighbor recommended her when I moved to the area and was shopping for insurance. I got both car and homeowners insurance with her. It was easy to make an appointment and to purchase. She was very patient and knowledgeable overall. I rarely have to talk to her other than maybe once a year. I have been using her for over 6 years now.
She went over all of my options and was very thorough, helping me weight the pros and cons of each policy and type. She helped me find policies that fit in to my budget. It made me feel secure in the fact that if the worse case scenario happened I would have coverage I needed. I have had no claims to file. My rates have been reasonable considering.
