I contacted R.S. Carroll Insurance Agency to discuss homeowners insurance and liability insurance. I was greeted in a friendly manner and began discussing my insurance needs with Steve. We discussed the layout of my land, the details of my property, and what type of coverage I was looking for. Due to the insurance agency being local, they already knew about my home and the set up. Several questions were able to be skipped due to them knowing the property well already. I was very impressed that the insurance agency was most concerned with meeting my needs, not creating an expensive package. We discussed several options that may have met my home and liability needs. The insurance agent told me that a firm quote for the coverage could be given after a home visit. We set up a home visit and I look forward to it.
