Scott’s been handling all my policy needs and issues for some time now. When I first moved to Illinois for school, I was worried about my car insurance needs. The fact that the company sponsors Scott is a good sign that Scott is a go-getter who wants to serve his clients rather than have his clients serve him. I truly appreciate the discounts he offered me, which definitely rivaled Geico: my previous insurer.
Scott and his office were God-sent when we purchased our last home. Our former insurance agent had quoted us a price on our homeowner’s policy, and just days before closing he told us that our monthly premium was going to be almost double what he had quoted, and could not or refused to explain why. We had to scramble to find another insurance company, and called Scott’s office, because it was close to our new home making it easy to stop in if we had to. Scott and his staff turned a very stressful situation around quickly, offering products that exceeded our needs for less cost in a very timely manner. Scott and his office are not pushy, and this we really appreciate. They check in every six months just to make sure everything is going well, and answer any questions that we might have about new products that may be available to us.
