This agent has met my needs. she responds quickly to emails, which I find nice. I would rather email back and forth than call. I also have added golf cart insurance to my policy and she handled that well. This agent works for State Farm, and I think that is a good insurance company. I have been with this insurance agent for about three years now and have not had any problems. This agent also has interns or assistants that are super helpful also. Her office is on Charleston Avenue in Mattoon Illinois. Her telephone number is 217-234-6467. I would suggest calling her if you need a quote for car or home owner insurance. She will do her best to give you a fair deal and you could get discounts for having more than one policy.
