I have been able to reach my agent via the phone or by email whenever I need to. I have even been able to have her fax paperwork when I need to change something, her office is 45 miles away so instead of having to drive 90 minutes there and back I can get things changed or handled with no problems. So it is quite easy to get things done that I need to get done. My agent is very personable as well and is able to roll with any last minute problems or questions that might arise or that I come up with. I would definitely recommend my agent to anyone that was looking for a new insurance agent and I am sure that they would be as satisfied with her as well as I was.
