Steve Conway is the type of guy that would give you the shirt off of his back. If you have questions he will answer them directly rather than telling you to read your policy like many other agents have done to me in the past. He is also the type of guy that will legitimately tell you how it is. While reviewing policies with you, he will explain the different options that you have, as well as the pros and cons of each decision. For instance, I was looking at ways to lower my overall bill, so I called to see what my options were. He helped me find a solution that worked best for my family and took the time to explain how and when the change would take place. He also helped me tremendously in answering questions on how I should deal with another insurance company of someone that hit me in an intersection. He told me what questions to ask so that I wouldn’t get taken advantage of. I also wanted to touch base on his office staff. Steve has the friendliest and most helpful office staff I have ever encountered. If Steve is busy they are more than willing to help you with any questions that you have, and if they don’t know the answer to the question, they tell you that they don’t know but they will find out.
