He friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my policy. When my policy went up he took the time to explain why and showed me options on how to lower it. He is constantly sending emails thanking me for is business and tips on being a good home owner.Like I said when it comes down to it he is friendly enough and provide the service I require. I am not looking to become best friends with my Insurance sales man. His staff is also friendly an knowledgeable and are fast to respond to any and all of my home owner insurance needs. I will eventually get car insurance with this company because they have competive prices and are willing to help when ever I need help. So all in all I had a great experience”
