I have been a customer of State Farm for 25 years and have always been very happy with the coverage they offer, their prices and their customer service. Although I have not been with Sue Breesnee’s office in all of those 25 years, my experience with her office over the last 4 has been nothing but stellar. The agents I speak to are pleasant and have excellent customer service skills. They are always willing to help and will explain things in full detail if there is something I don’t understand. Any time I have questioned our policies or a price change in something, they have been quick to resolve any issues or explain what I did not understand. I do not plan to change insurance providers any time soon as I do not thing that there is another provider who can stand up to the quality customer service that State Farm does.
