Susan Quick with State Farm has been my husband’s insurance agent since 1990. He chose her because he believes State Farm to be a reputable insurance company. At the time, Susan Quick’s office was located near his place of residence. After we were married, I was added to both the renter’s insurance as well as the auto policies. When we purchased a house, we then dropped the renters insurance and added the home owner’s policy. When we owned that home, we made two home-related claims in one year, and we received a letter that we could potentially be dropped. We were a bit shocked and upset by this, but kept the insurance when we had the opportunity to renew. We then moved to our second home in 2006 and have not yet filed a claim to our home owner’s policy; however, we have made one claim on our auto policy. My husband was at fault, and there were no issues.
