1. I have had an automobile policy with Ted Curet, through Allstate, for many years. I have had to make two claims in that time, and each time the accident was considered my fault (legally my fault, but not technically my fault). Allstate and Ted have been wonderful in dealing with these accidents. In one case, I backed out of my driveway and into another car. The car had cut across their lawn and into the street, coming from a direction that I was not observing (I was observing the sidewalk in both directions, the street in both directions, and the driveway across the street). Since this was technically my fault because the other car was in the street before I was, the other people were very mad. I told my agent the situation and I was told not to worry about a thing. I was told I would never have to speak to those people again (they were VERY belligerent) and Allstate would handle it all. They did as promised. This is the type of service I have received from Ted Curet and Allstate, and I am very pleased with them.

2. I have had very good experiences with Ted Curet as my agent. In the beginning, when I first moved to Moscow, he took the time to make me feel comfortable with my new agent, even visiting my place of business. When I have had claims, Ted or his assistants have made the process much easier than I imagined they could be. In fact, once when I was at fault in an accident and the other party was extremely belligerent, I called Ted’s office and was told You will have no more contact with the other party. We will take care of everything. We don’t want you to worry or even think about it any more. and they were true to their word. I never heard about the accident again. On top of all this, the options for paying, the times Ted has called to make sure my policy was charging me the least amount of money possible, etc., have all made for a very good insurance experience, which is something I would never have believed possible.
