We were very pleased with the fast and professional service we received when we had to use our homeowners insurance. You don’t usually talk to your agent unless there is an issue, but Terry also calls to wish us a happy birthday or happy holiday. He’s very kind and I appreciate the personal touch in his efforts. When we did have to use our insurance, he made sure we had everything we needed and understood all the terms. He was professional and understanding. We had a nightmare in our downstairs because the pipe burst. Even though it was an emotional and physically difficult time, I feel like we received high quality care. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others for their insurance needs. He’s the kind of guy you wouldn’t mind having dinner with, because he’s genuine.
