Agent was quick to answer any concerns. Generally good experience. He went in depth about every aspect of the terms. There was definitely a lot of contractual language that I needed broken down. He was very good at explaining in detail and in a way I could understand exactly what specific things meant. I appreciate the time and effort that went into the experience. The cost was one of my primary concerns and I was extremely satisfied with the rate I got. Competitors were unable to match the rate I received. I always appreciate doing business with somebody who seems to want to get my a deal. I found it easy to respect Thomas and such great work should be more common among this field. I have definitely felt scammed before, but not this time.
