This is our second time working with Tom. When we lived in Massachusetts before we had insurance though his office both auto and home and never had any issues. He’s always been quick to return calls and emails. We worked with him through a claim on our roof from damage done during hurricane Sandy. Our quote was quickly approved and we had no issues getting a check from the insurance agency to cover the cost. He does his best to also make sure we are still getting a great rate, especially at renewal time.
Recently we moved back to Massachusetts and though of him. We emailed him and he remembered us! He was quick again to provide quotes on Renter’s insurance. We didn’t use him right away but recently purchased a vehicle. Because we didn’t own a car for a while, all the other rates were very high compared to the one he was able to get us. Because of our great relationship with him, we also switched our renter’s policy over to his office.
