We had flooding in our home a year ago. Not only did our insurance cover it, but the agent made sure that everything was covered correctly. The communication was excellent, they covered all the bases and were friendly at every step. I’ve now been with Tim at Country for at least 6-7 years. I have always had friendly customer service and every question I’ve had has been answered quickly and satisfactorily. This was the first claim I had to file and it was an amazing experience. I expected to have to fight to make sure that everything was covered as it should be, and that was not the case. They are not the least expensive option, but I happily pay a little extra because the service we receive has well paid for it.
