Having been referred to Tim by family members, I received quotes a number of years ago for home, auto and umbrella coverage. I was please with the comprehensive policies and office know-how. While I have not had a claim, I believe the claims service through my insurance company (Cincinnati insurance) is superior. I am also happy with the replacement cost coverage of my home on the policy. Insurance is for things we can’t afford…while I do not believe in turning in small wear-and-tear claims, it is very important for me to know that I have the very best coverage in place in the event of a catastrophic event. It is clear that my agent is well informed of different coverages, and I feel my policy provides me the protection I need. I know the agent deals with plenty of personal and commercial claims, so that if I do have an issue I will be able to address it immediately.
