When we bought our house, we needed to carry homeowners insurance. Our mortgage loan officer recommended we use American Family, and Tina’s office was located right down the street from our new house. From the very beginning, it was very easy to do business with American Family. She let us come in after hours to sign papers, and even had some coloring for our small children to do while my husband and I signed papers. She did have to verify some information about the wood stove we have in our house right after we moved in. She called before she came and was very understanding that we had just moved it and the house was full of boxes and generally a nightmare. Since we first started doing business with this office we haven’t had any problems, and it’s been a very nice company to do business with.
