I have dealt with Tom Lavelle and State Farm for about thirty years. I have had very good experiences with both. Whenever I have an insurance issue, it is always very easy to reach Tom or one of his employees. They always have an answer for me and I always feel reassured. Several examples: 1)I started online payment of my insurance a few years ago. I did run into problems and State Farm sent me a notice that they were cancelling my insurance on a particular car! Not good. So, I called Tom. He said the problem was that they didn’t see where to put the money towards. So, they sent me a check and tried to cancel my insurance! Tom straightened it out immediately. Eventually I figured out where I was going wrong on the bill pay. So, I wish State Farm had gotten in touch with me before sending out notices, but other then that I have been happy with them. Whenever there is a problem, I call Tom and the issue is always resolved.
